Orange Cup English

2023

An International Competition Lifesaving in 2023 on December 1th, 2nd and 3th. The venue is the Zwemstadion de Tongelreep in Eindhoven. The invitation is published below.

This ILS sanctioned competition is also the National Championship of The Netherlands for the categories, Junior, Senior and Master.

The 6 individual and 5 team events will be divided over two days, to create an optimal spectacular event.

200 m Obstacle Swim

Saturday:
4 x 50 m Obstacle Relay

100 m Rescue Medley
100 m Manikin Tow with Fins
4 x 25 m Manikin Relay
Women 200 m Super Lifesaver 

Sunday:
Men 200 m Super Lifesaver 
4 x 50 m Rescue Medley Relay
50 m Manikin Carry
100 m Manikin Carry with Fins
4 x 50 m Pool Lifesaver Relay
